Evan Bearss

Evan has over 10 years of working experience in the environmental field. He has worked for non-profit organizations and other Conservation Authorities conducting research and collecting data for a variety of projects assessing watershed health prior to coming to Toronto Region Conservation Authority (TRCA). At TRCA, he has been involved in the review and evaluation of development plans for projects of various development magnitudes and provides technical guidance to proponents to ensure that proposals adhere to TRCA policies and objectives. Along with plan review he also conducts literature reviews, field research, and assists in the development of guidelines and protocols to better promote standardized development applications to assist in effective plan review.
