Victoria Kramkowski

Victoria Kramkowski, PhD, is Government and Community Relations Specialist with Toronto and Region Conservation Authority where she advances TRCA’s strategic goals through engagement with governments, community groups and other organizations and audiences. Victoria previously managed the City of Mississauga’s award-winning stormwater charge program, including associated outreach, credit and incentive programs. Her role included administering and developing relevant policy, data management, budgets and customer service, as well as providing guidance to other municipalities interested in implementing a stormwater charge. She has also worked in government, the private sector and academia where she focused on developing and analyzing environmental policy, natural resources management and  managing uncertainty in complex eco-social systems. Victoria has a PhD in Environmental Planning and a Masters in Urban Planning.
